Rules for using the SportDux app and participating in skill-based tipping competitions and prize draws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SportDux mobile application and website (“SportDux”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using SportDux, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

SportDux is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using SportDux, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to participate in skill-based competitions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to you. Certain countries or regions may be restricted from prize eligibility and will be listed in our app, on our website or in supplemental prize draw rules from time to time.

3. Nature of the Service

SportDux is a skill-based sports tipping platform. Members tip the outcomes of selected sporting fixtures across multiple leagues (for example AFL, NRL, EPL, NBA, NFL, MLB and A-League, subject to change).

• Points are awarded for correct tips on selected fixtures.
• Additional bonus points may be awarded where you correctly predict the winning margin range or other performance measures, as described in the app or on the website.
• Round performance in each league determines whether you qualify for prize-draw entries and how many entries you earn, in accordance with the points and entries schedule described in Section 6.
• Entries cannot be purchased and are earned solely from tipping performance.
• SportDux does not offer betting odds, multis, cash-outs, live in-play betting, or per-bet wagering.

Our scoring, point allocation and prize-entry system is designed so that entries arise from demonstrated skill over a round (or competition period), not from random chance or direct purchase.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for restricting access to your device.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Membership & Payments

SportDux operates on a membership (subscription) model. We do not sell pay-per-entry tickets for prize draws.

• Memberships are billed via Stripe or other approved payment providers, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where applicable.
• By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel your membership in accordance with the app or platform terms.
• Current membership tiers, prices, inclusions and any league access limits are displayed in the app and on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in USD.
• You may cancel your membership at any time via emailing support@sportdux.com.
  . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• We may change membership pricing, tiers and inclusions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in line with platform rules (for example, via app store notices or in-app messaging). Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the new pricing or structure.

6. Skill-Based Points & Prize Draw Entries

SportDux uses a skill-based scoring system to reward tipping performance. Entries cannot be purchased and are awarded strictly according to a member’s round score.

6.1 Points System

Members earn points for each eligible match as follows:

• +1 point for a correct tip (correctly selecting the winning team); and
• +1 point for correctly selecting the margin range (where applicable).

Your round score is the sum of points earned from all eligible matches in that round.

6.2 Skill Thresholds & Entry Allocation

SportDux uses two defined performance tiers to allocate entries:

Pro Skill Status — 5 to 7 points

Members who score 5, 6 or 7 points in a round achieve Pro Skill Status and are awarded 5 entries for the next eligible prize draw.

Dux Skill Status — 8+ points

Members who score 8 or more points achieve Dux Skill Status, the highest performance tier, and are awarded 10 entries for that round.

Scores below 5 points

Members who score 0–4 points do not meet the required skill threshold and therefore earn no entries for that round.

6.3 Entry Allocation Rules

• Entries earned in a round are added to the next upcoming eligible SportDux prize draw.
• Entry balances reset after each draw cycle.
• Entries cannot be purchased, traded, transferred or assigned.
• Entries are never allocated at random; they must be earned through tipping performance.

6.4 League Variations

Some leagues (for example, NBA or MLB) may use designated SportDux Featured Matches or similar. Only these matches count toward round points and entry calculations, and they are clearly marked within the app.

6.5 No Purchase of Entries

SportDux does not offer any mechanism to purchase entries. Only members who earn points through tipping skill may receive entries into a draw.

7. Prize Draws

• SportDux may run cash, merchandise or other prize draws. The number of prizes, prize descriptions and indicative values (usually expressed in USD unless stated otherwise) will be announced in the app, on the website or in promotional material.
• Unless otherwise stated in specific competition rules, winners are selected at random from the pool of valid earned entries for the relevant draw, using a method designed to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome.
• We may require identity verification and eligibility checks (including age and jurisdiction) before confirming or paying any prize. If you cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, fail verification checks or are found to be ineligible, we may declare your prize forfeited and select an alternative winner.
• Prizes may be subject to taxation or reporting obligations. You are responsible for any taxes, charges or reporting that apply in your jurisdiction.
• Entries have no cash value, are not legal tender or property, and cannot be sold, pledged or exchanged.
• We may withhold, vary or cancel a prize, or disqualify an entrant, if we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation or a breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use SportDux for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with or manipulate fixtures, results, scoring, points, entries or prize allocation.
• Create multiple accounts, use false identities or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users or our staff.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to access our source code or backend systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All SportDux trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, app screens, mascot artwork and content are owned by or licensed to SportDux and may not be used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportDux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, website, competitions or prize draws, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with SportDux to any user is limited to the amount you have paid for membership in the preceding 12 months, except where a higher limit is required by applicable law.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, limit or terminate your access to SportDux (including participation in competitions or prize draws) if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law or by a platform provider (such as Apple or Google).

You may stop using SportDux or cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling your membership will generally not remove your account immediately, but will prevent further billing after the end of your current subscription period.

12. Platform Providers

Where you download or access SportDux through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or other third-party platforms, you also agree to comply with their terms and policies. Apple, Google and other platform providers are not sponsors of, nor responsible for, any SportDux competitions, prize draws or promotions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Where required, we will also provide notice via the app, website or platform provider. Continued use of SportDux after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
